A silver‐catalyzed highly enantioselective 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction of α‐silylimines with pyrone‐based trisubstituted olefins was developed affording bi‐ and tricyclic α‐quaternary‐carbon‐rich pyrano‐pyrrolidines in excellent yields. The tricyclic benzopyrone adducts thus obtained were efficiently transformed into highly complex tetracyclic scaffolds supporting four consecutive stereogenic centers with three quaternary carbons.  相似文献

Recent advances in catalytic asymmetric carbon–carbon bond‐forming reactions of non‐heteroaromatic amide substrates are highlighted. Among carbonyl compounds, amides have received limited attention in catalytic asymmetric transformations mainly owing to their lower reactivity. Amides are reluctant to form enolates for nucleophilic addition, and α,β‐unsaturated amides exhibit diminished electrophilicity at the β‐carbon. Recent advances in asymmetric catalysis rendered these amides amenable to enantioselective reactions with perfect atom economy, producing synthetically useful chiral building blocks. This Minireview summarizes recent developments in the field.  相似文献

In nonrigid image registration, similarity measures including spatial information have been shown to perform better than those measures without spatial information. In this work, we provide new insight to the relationships among regional mutual information, regional probability distribution functions (PDFs) and global PDFs, and propose a novel nonrigid registration scheme with spatially weighted global probability distribution function (SWGPDF). Similarity measures based on SWGPDF (SWGPDFSM) are constructed. Three different spatial sub-region division methods are compared: the equally spaced sub-region (ESSR), the local binary pattern sub-region (LBPSR) and the gradient sub-region (GSR). The registration scheme applies B-spline based free form deformations (FFDs) as the transformation model. A Parzen window and linear interpolation are used to construct histograms. The SWGPDFSM registration scheme with ESSR space division is compared with the traditional global mutual information (gMI), the traditional global normalized mutual information (gNMI), regional mutual information and the SWGPDFSM with LBPSR or GSR space division. The test results show that SWGPDFSM scheme with ESSR space division outperforms the other schemes for elastically aligning images in the presence of big geometrical transformations, bias fields and illumination changes.  相似文献

Existing selective pulses are mainly constructed in the forms of classically shaped pulses, such as the Gaussian pulses, or generated by using numerical optimization methods. However, all of these pulses are highly sensitive to radiofrequency (RF) intensity variation, which means their performance is highly dependent on the accuracy and stability of the RF intensity. Even a slight RF intensity deviation can cause severe degradation in the excitation profile. To solve this problem, we propose a method for narrow selective excitation by sequential application of a pair of phase‐opposite asymmetric adiabatic pulses, all within two scans. By retaining the adiabatic character, the new method is highly robust to RF intensity variation. Moreover, it has flexible excitation bandwidth, ranging from line‐selective to narrow‐band‐selective pulses. The method is tested both in numerical simulations and solution‐state NMR experiments.  相似文献

Asymmetric amplification during self‐replication is a key feature that is used to explain the origin of homochirality. Asymmetric autocatalysis of pyrimidyl alkanol in the asymmetric addition of diisopropylzinc to pyrimidine‐5‐carbaldehyde is a unique example of this phenomenon. Crystallization of zinc alkoxides of this 5‐pyrimidyl alkanol and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of the alkoxide crystals reveal the existence of tetramer or higher oligomer structures in this asymmetric autocatalytic system.  相似文献

In this review article recent developments in the asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of imines from 2008 up to today are presented. The main methodology involves either metal‐catalyzed procedures in the presence of a chiral ligand or organocatalyzed technologies using a Hantzsch ester and a chiral BINOL‐derived phosphoric acid. The most important procedures are collected, paying special attention to the application of this methodology in synthetic organic chemistry.

Recently, academic chemists have renewed their interest in the development of 1,1′‐binaphthalene‐2,2′‐diol (BINOL)‐derived chiral ligands. Six years ago, a working hypothesis, that the chirality matching of hybrid chirality on a ligand could probably lead to high levels of stereoselective induction, prompted us to use the axial chirality of BINOL derivatives to generate new stereogenic centers within the same molecule with high stereoselectivity, obtaining as a result sterically favorable ligands for applications in asymmetric catalysis. This Personal Account describes our laboratory's efforts toward the development of a novel class of BINOL‐derived atropisomers bearing both axial and sp3 central chirality, the so‐called Ar‐BINMOLs, for asymmetric synthesis. Furthermore, on the basis of the successful application of Ar‐BINMOLs and their derivatives in asymmetric catalysis, the search for highly efficient and enantioselective processes also compelled us to give special attention to the BINOL‐derived multifunctional ligands with multiple stereogenic centers for use in catalytic asymmetric reactions.

A highly stereoselective aza‐Henry reaction of α‐aryl nitromethanes with aromatic N‐Boc imines was established by using C1‐symmetric chiral ammonium betaine as a bifunctional organic base catalyst. Various substituted aryl groups for both imines and nitromethanes were tolerated in the reaction, and a series of precursors for the synthesis of unsymmetrical anti‐1,2‐diaryl ethylenediamines was provided.  相似文献

A simple protocol for the synthesis of dihydrobenzothiazines through regio‐ and stereoselective SN2‐type ring opening of N‐tosylaziridines with sulfur nucleophiles followed by copper‐powder‐mediated intramolecular C?N cyclization in excellent yields (up to 95 %) with high diastereo‐ and enantioselectivity (up to >99 %) is reported.  相似文献
